What is it?
The Sunday after Pathfinder Sabbath is a community service day where we create cards and bake cookies for elderly residents at board and care homes near our church. After the cards are all made and the cookies are all baked, we walk to the homes to distribute them and sing to the residents.
All Pathfinder and Teens, especially those who need community service hours (which would be everyone).
When and where?
The Help-a-thon is held at the Calimesa SDA Church on the day after Pathfinder Sabbath; card making is typically done in the Pathfinder room and cookie baking in the Fellowship Hall kitchen.
We need parents to make cookie dough for us to bake on Sunday morning.
